After the team announced Sunday that Vrabel will take the reigns next season, Gronkowski reacted to the news on Fox NFL Sunday.

Gronkowski played nine seasons for the Patriots and won three Super Bowls with the team.

Vrabel, who was previously the head coach of the Tennessee Titans, played for the Patriots for eight seasons, during which the team won three Super Bowls.

The Patriots traded Vrabel a year before drafting Gronkowski, so the two never played together.
